A Warm Welcome From Our Headteacher
At Highfield Prep we place great value on giving pupils the opportunity to flourish in all areas of school life. Throughout the school, we promote an atmosphere where a high level of achievement is valued. We aim to create a sense of happiness and warmth in which pupils are motivated to work and play to the best of their abilities. Both inside and outside the classroom, we generate a sense of vitality based on the principle that learning is fun.
We have been fortunate to attract and retain an outstanding team of experienced, qualified teachers and support staff, committed to listening to you and your child and making your family’s time with us as rewarding and fulfilling as possible. With small class sizes throughout the co-educational Pre-Prep department (Nursery to Year 2) and the all-girls Prep department (Year 3-6) our team are able to be responsive to the needs of the individual ensuring continuity and progression for all.
We consider ourselves to be very privileged that parents have entrusted us with the care and education of their children and we value the contribution that parents make to the life of the school. Highfield Preparatory School is a very happy community where there is an absolute commitment to providing the girls with first-class pastoral care.
